Notice of Resumption & Restructuring

To the Moonlit community,

In September, we made the difficult but necessary decision to pause daily operations, transfer outstanding contracts, and initiate a comprehensive restructuring of The Moonlit Company and all MNLT subsidiaries.

Today, we are proud to announce that this restructuring is complete. The Moonlit Company is officially back online and fully operational.

This deliberate period of closure allowed us to resolve underlying operational challenges, completely overhaul our corporate infrastructure, and rebuild our foundation from the ground up. We have emerged from this transition as a leaner, more focused organization, structurally aligned with our highest ambitions.

As we resume active operations, our focus shifts entirely toward a newly refined, highly specialized portfolio of ventures. Over the coming months, we will be rolling out our next generation of subsidiaries. This includes the highly anticipated launch of Moonlit Executive—our ultra-luxury concierge and management service—opening for membership on December 3, 2026, alongside the continued development of Moonlit One, our unified B2B enterprise platform, and our dedicated media and technology divisions.

We are deeply grateful for your continued partnership, investments, and unwavering trust during this transition. The quiet work of the past few months has set the stage for an incredible new era, and we are thrilled to finally share it with you.
